Your Journey With Us...

Once you make contact...

We’ll meet to discuss the purpose and goal of your session and to answer any questions you may have.
- We'd love to meet up and discuss over coffee, but if that doesn't align we can meet virtually as well.
- If you're confident that you're ready to book, we will discuss dates and times to schedule.

When you book...

Once you've decided to book, you’ll receive an email from WanderwoodLLC@gmail.com that will include all the details we discussed to confirm everything was captured correctly, any takeaways, and an attached invoice.
- We ask that you review this email and reply back with any missing details and/or corrections.
Upon booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit is due to lock in the date. The remaining balance is due in full prior to the photography session.

Session Day & Beyond

The day of your session, we will meet at the pre-determined location at the designated time.
We will get a few shots out of the way to get rid of any unnecessary jitters, then, take photos of you doing what you love to do. If applicable, we'll take photos of your work space, you working with clients, and headshots.
Photos & Videos will be delivered via an online digital gallery.
- You will receive sneak peeks within 72 hours of your session
- The remaining photos will be delivered within 4 - 6 weeks
- Videos will be delivered within 6 - 8 weeks

Video Packages.

Below are our Group Portrait Packages intended for groups and families of 10 people or less. Groups of 7 or more will automatically fall under Package 3, regardless of duration, but not exceeding 1.5 hours. Any group larger than 10 will be considered an event and will be subject to Even Package pricing.
